    • We charge Rs.200 on all orders under the value of Rs.1,500.
    • Orders placed by 3:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time) will be shipped the same day via Registered Courier Service.
    • Orders received after 3:00 pm maybe dispatched  next day.
    • Orders received on Sundays and on Pakistan's National Holidays will be processed and shipped on the next working day.
    • Delivery time is between 2 to 4 working days (No delivery on Sundays). However delivery can take up to 5 working days during busy shopping season or our mega sales events.

    We will gladly accept any unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags within 30 Days of purchase for a refund or an exchange

    • Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our address. 
    • Delivery Charges will not be refunded. 
    • Refund requests will be processed within 3 working days after receiving the return products.
